We understand that many of our current life issues stem from past experiences that often leave us feeling stuck in frustrating patterns. Our therapists are trained in somatic based practices to help you get to the root of your struggles and begin to gain a deeper sense of connection to your body and self. Through a variety of body-based modalities, we promote self-awareness, self-compassion and empower individuals to start building a life rooted in boundaries, self-trust, and embodiment.
